The Chef

Thitipong Wongsawan (Boom) learned the art of cooking from two sources, his mother & father, who are well known for their famous Royal Thai cuisine served at Baan Benjarong in Pai, and have had a long history in the hospitality services industry with his father being head food and beverage manager at the prestigious Royal Orchid Sheraton and Intercontinental Hotels in Bangkok. The second source is from Living in Australia and working with some of the countries best chefs.
